At Taelanestore.ie customer satisfaction is our top priority.

So if you’re not happy- then we’re not happy!

We handle each query on an individual basis and to the best of our ability.

While we hope you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a refund or exchange, once we are happy with the condition of the returned garment.

Should you decide you want to return an item (whether for a refund or exchange) please contact us at taelane@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

We will send an email issuing you with a returns authorisation form within 2 working days.

You have two options:

Returns via The Taelane Store:
Simply pop into The Taelane Store with your items, your receipt and your returns form – within 14 days of purchase.
You will need your Returns Form & Receipt to return an item bought online.
A member of the team will be happy to exchange or refund your items.

Returns via Post or Courier:
Once you receive the Returns Authorisation Form, please fill it in and enclose it with your receipt & item of clothing.
We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are received by us within 14 working days of the returns authorisation being issued.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.

We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags/swing ticketing still attached. If an item is returned and smells of smoke, body odour, perfume, cooking / food or is stained with makeup we cannot issue a refund / exchange. Likewise if any item has been washed in any way or damaged, we will not process a refund / exchange.

Postage costs will not be refunded.

It is the customers’ responsibility to return the item to us using a registered delivery or courier service as we will not accept any responsibility for items which are lost in the post, and therefore would not be able to refund the items.
